Nice post. It is good to remember who we are and especially whose we are. It is challenging for me to internalize, that is to “get it” from the inside out, that not only we are to be “in Christ” but that when we are in Him, He is in us. If we really got that, we might live each day a little different. Christ is both Savior AND Lord. Keep up the good work. Bryan

I have an assignment in a class I am taking as an adult to explain what my identity means to me. I knew that when I surrendered to Christ, He made me into a New Man/Woman – Your site was helpful in providing all the wonderful Scriptures that demonstrate that. Not sure if its what the teacher is looking for, but “by the grace of God, I am who I am…” 1 Cor. 15:10 and quite frankly, I don’t have an identity worth mentioning without Christ.

you should also equate your identity to what you find your righteoussness in. Go to biblegateway and search the NT for the word righteouss or righteousness
